The Baja California Attorney General’s Office (FGE) is asking the public to help locate 16-year-old Erika Dunyazad Moreno Mar, who was last seen on April 29, 2026, in the Lomitas neighborhood of Ensenada.
Authorities described the missing teen as 5 feet 1 inch tall and approximately 154 pounds, with a robust build, light complexion, black hair, and dark brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black athletic pants, a white cap, white sneakers, and a black hoodie.
Distinctive Birthmark Could Aid Identification
One key identifying feature is a red birthmark that runs from her left wrist to her back. The FGE released the description in hopes that residents and visitors in the Ensenada area will keep watch and report any sightings immediately.
The Lomitas neighborhood sits in the eastern hills of Ensenada, a residential area familiar to longtime residents of the port city. Ensenada, located about 80 miles south of the U.S. border at Tijuana, is home to a sizable community of American and Canadian expats as well as a steady flow of tourists arriving by car and cruise ship.
