Feeding Los Cabos Kids will hold its fifth annual Rock-A-Thon fundraiser concert on Sunday, April 19, at Latitude 22 The Roadhouse in Cabo San Lucas. The event starts at 2 p.m. and features three live bands: Midnight Suns, Kids Monster, and The Aztek Band.
General admission tickets cost 500 pesos (about $25 USD) at the door. A VIP option at $60 USD includes reserved front seating, a complimentary beverage, and table service. All proceeds go to the nonprofit’s network of community kitchens across Los Cabos.
A Nonprofit Serving 20,000 Meals a Month
Feeding Los Cabos Kids is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2002. The organization operates 14 community kitchens in the Los Cabos area, serving more than 20,000 meals per month during peak season. It runs entirely on donations and volunteer labor, with no paid staff.
Because of its 501(c)(3) status, U.S.-based donors can claim tax deductions on their contributions. That distinction matters for the many American retirees and seasonal residents who make up a large share of the organization’s donor base.
The Venue and How to Get There
Latitude 22 The Roadhouse sits at Km 4.5 on the Transpeninsular Highway (Highway 1), just outside central Cabo San Lucas on the road toward San José del Cabo. The venue has hosted previous Rock-A-Thon events dating back to at least 2022, and the concerts have drawn consistent attendance from the local expat community.
Last year’s edition took place on March 30, 2025, at the same location. The return of the event for a fifth year points to steady community support for both the charity and the concert format.
What to Know Before You Go
Doors open at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 19. Tickets are available at the door only, with no advance online sales mentioned. The general admission price of 500 pesos is cash-friendly for walk-ups. Those interested in the VIP package at $60 USD should arrive early, as reserved front seating is limited.
The event was first reported by the Gringo Gazette.
