The 18th Annual International Motorcycle Rally kicks off Friday, July 4, and runs through Saturday, July 5, at the parking lot of the Cultural Pavilion in Los Cabos. Organizers expect thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts from Mexico, the United States, and Central America to attend the two-day event.

The Baja Bikers Moto Club organized the rally with support from the Los Cabos City Council. Álvaro Ramírez, president of the Baja Bikers Moto Club, said organizers are working to elevate the gathering into one of Mexico’s five most important motorcycle events. He credited the municipal government’s continued backing and promotional efforts for expanding the rally’s reputation.

Economic Boost for Local Businesses

City officials are promoting the rally as a major economic driver for the region. Visiting riders and spectators are expected to fill hotels, restaurants, shops, and other local businesses across the Los Cabos corridor. The event also creates temporary employment opportunities tied to logistics, security, and vendor operations.

The rally has grown steadily over its 18-year history. Organizers describe the event as a family-friendly celebration that features live entertainment and activities geared toward motorcycle culture. No specific musical lineup has been announced yet, though organizers have promised live performances consistent with past editions.

What to Expect Near the Cultural Pavilion

The Cultural Pavilion is located in San José del Cabo, and the surrounding area will see increased traffic and crowds throughout the weekend. Riders heading to the event should expect heavier-than-usual congestion along the roads near the venue, particularly on Friday afternoon and Saturday evening.

Los Cabos has been building its profile as a motorsports destination in 2026. In May, the NORRA Mexican 1000 brought more than 200 rally teams to San José del Cabo for the race’s final stage. The SCORE Baja 1000 is also scheduled to start and finish in Los Cabos later this year, marking only the second time the municipality has hosted a SCORE International event.

The motorcycle rally’s two-day format coincides with the U.S. Fourth of July holiday, a peak travel period for American visitors to the Los Cabos area. The timing is likely to boost attendance from cross-border riders already in the region.
