The Baja California Attorney General’s Office (FGE) has issued a public appeal to locate Ángel Adrián Guido Rojas, a 16-year-old boy last seen on April 12, 2026, in the Colonia Popular 89 neighborhood of Ensenada.
Authorities described the teen as slim with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray Puma hoodie, dark blue jeans, and white Reebok sneakers. A keloid scar on his right forearm is listed as a distinguishing feature.
How to Report Information
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact the FGE at (646) 152-25-00, extensions 2559 or 2560. Tips can also be reported through the national emergency line at 911.
Colonia Popular 89 is a residential neighborhood on the eastern side of Ensenada, roughly 3 kilometers inland from the city’s tourist corridor along Boulevard Costero. The area sits east of the Arroyo El Gallo drainage channel and is home to a mix of working-class families.
Missing Persons Cases in Focus
Missing persons cases in Ensenada have drawn increased public attention over the past two years. The 2024 disappearance and murder of Australian surfers Callum and Jake Robinson, along with American Jack Carter Rhoad, near La Bocana south of the city, prompted widespread calls for better security across the municipality. That case led to multiple arrests and a memorial organized by the surfing community in Rosarito and Ensenada.
Baja California’s FGE regularly publishes missing persons alerts on its website and social media channels. Residents and visitors who spot the teen or have any relevant information are urged to contact authorities immediately rather than approach the individual directly.
