The Baja California Attorney General’s Office (FGE) is asking the public to help locate a 26-year-old man who disappeared in the Maneadero area of Ensenada more than three weeks ago.

Andrés Flores Hernández was last seen on April 20 in Maneadero, an agricultural community located about 20 kilometers south of downtown Ensenada along the Transpeninsular Highway. The FGE published his missing person alert on May 13, calling on residents and visitors to share information about his whereabouts.

Physical Description and Last Known Clothing

Flores Hernández is described as slim with dark skin, short straight black hair, and dark brown eyes. He had a growing beard at the time of his disappearance. He has two distinguishing features: a scar on one arm and a bone tattoo on the fingers of his left hand.

He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve dress shirt, gray pants, and black-and-white Vans sneakers. The FGE released a photograph of Flores Hernández along with the alert.

How to Report Information

Anyone with information about Flores Hernández’s location can contact the FGE by calling (646) 152-25-00 and requesting extension 2560 or 2561. The phone line is operated by the attorney general’s missing persons unit in Ensenada.

Maneadero sits in the San Quintín Valley corridor, a region known for large-scale agriculture that draws seasonal workers from across Mexico. The area is home to a mix of farming communities and small commercial centers south of Ensenada proper.

Missing person cases remain a persistent concern across Baja California. The FGE regularly issues public alerts requesting community assistance in locating individuals. Residents in the Ensenada area, including expat communities in nearby neighborhoods, are encouraged to share the alert through social media and local networks.
