Valle de Guadalupe’s wine calendar is getting bigger again. Viñadas 2026 in Valle de Guadalupe will feature 18 winery-hosted events from May through December. That is up from 14 events in 2025 and just 10 when the series launched in 2024. Emprendedores del Valle de Guadalupe, the local business coalition behind the program, announced the expanded schedule this week.
The Viñadas 2026 Valle de Guadalupe season opens May 23 at Salvia Blanca with a vineyard dinner. Then the calendar rolls through events at nine more venues. Confirmed hosts include Vinos Contemplación, Vinícola Casa Zamora, Hotel Boutique Limbo, Ojo Azul Resort, and El Cielo. Also on the list are Rancho L86, Castillo La Toscana, and Taelum Vineyards. Each winery designs its own event. So visitors may find cellar tours one weekend and outdoor concerts the next.
What Is New for Viñadas 2026
Two big additions stand out this year. First, Expo Agro Valle de Guadalupe is a two-day event in June. It combines wine with agriculture, rodeo shows, and a wine auction. Organizers say it is designed to draw both tourists and industry professionals from across Mexico.
Second, the 3rd Feria del Caballo at Indómito adds a rural Baja California flavor. This horse fair was not part of the original Viñadas concept but has grown popular enough to earn a spot on the calendar.
Meanwhile, the series now wraps in December with the Desfile de Luces Navideñas. This Christmas lights parade runs through all three Valle de Guadalupe delegations. That December anchor is new. Previous years ended in the fall.
Marco Estudillo Bernal, president of Emprendedores del Valle de Guadalupe, told regional outlets that the goal is to spread visitors across the full year. The first Viñadas season in 2024 drew roughly 4,500 visitors. By 2025, attendance had climbed to about 7,500.
